EW imports and distributes security equipment in the wholesale Security and data sector Australia wide. We pride ourselves on providing industry leading customer and technical on-site support with in NSW and are known for our professionalism and quality products and are looking to grow in all states of Australia.
The Role:
A full-time internal & external sales role with at least 5 years of industry experience to joining the team at our Sydney branch located in Peakhurst NSW. This opportunity requires someone who is willing to commit to providing an outstanding service to our existing and new customers.
Excellent communication skills are a must, and an ability to multi-task within a varied work environment that insists a lot of responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing our Brands, making installers aware of our brands
- Being the first point of contact for the branch, including serving customers over the Trade Counter and Telephone
- Answering incoming calls
- Processing customer orders via the counter, phone and email requests
- Liaising with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and account queries
- Building relationships and rapport with customers
- Cross-selling and up-selling products to customers
- Learning and continually developing knowledge of EW product range
- Assisting with the returns and backorder processes
- Assisting with general branch administration

- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs

This position is best suited to someone with Industry experience, who is willing to grow with the business
